CONCURRENT REVIEW FORM
CONCURRENT REVIEW APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Concurrent Review is a process allowing applicants to apply for building permits prior to Planning approval of their Site Plan. After
Planning has determined the Site Plan to be adequate — plans generally meet code requirements and building design will not
change, applicants may submit the Concurrent Review Form to the Planning Division for consideration.

Each building on the site requires an official address;please fill out and submit a form for each address you are requesting concurrent review for.
By my signature below I hereby authorize the City of Bozeman to concurrently review my application for a building permit under applicable
building codes and under the requirements of the Unified Development Code (Chapter 38, Bozeman Municipal Code (the "UDC")). I
acknowledge the City's review of my building permit application requires review under the UDC to determine any required zoning or other
land use conditions of approval and that by requesting concurrent review I acknowledge the UDC review has not been completed prior to
submitting plans for building permit approval.
As such, I recognize and agree that proceeding with Building Division plan review at this time is entirely at my own risk, as the City has
provided us no assurance that the plans submitted to the department of Community Development for review pursuant to the UDC will be
approved in the same form as the building plans as presented to the Building Division for review pursuant to applicable building codes.
Because of this, I understand that I may be required to amend the building permit application including submitted building plans to
conform with the requirements of the UDC and must do so at my own cost and expense.
In agreeing to concurrent review I absolve the City, its employees, officials, and agents of all responsibility for any costs and expenses
including costs of redoing building plans and further agree that any corrections and/or revisions to the plans submitted with the building
permit resulting from the UDC review must be revised or otherwise corrected to be in accord with the requirements of the UDC.
By checking the boxes below and signing, I attest I am the owner's agent and I understand the following:
This form will not be reviewed or approved, nor can you apply for a building permit without this document being fully executed by

Submitting a Concurrent Review Form will not expedite the review process and no building permits will be issued prior to final Site
Plan approval from the Planning Division.
