Thanks. Please accept this written input for City Commission meeting tonight 6/28/2022 on Consent Agenda Item G.20. I ask the following: 1) Acknowledge COURTYARD style homes and/or building(s) are allowed by current BMC and/or supported by Ord 2111, App 22133. 2) Learn what they are so people will hear, see, and wonder about them, and developers/builders/architects will use/add them in housing 3) In addition to adopting the "departures" and the definitions made for Bozeman re: "infill" and "Missing Middle" housing, ensure that samples and examples are made available and open to the public. Please see attached .jpgs from the Internet on what JUST TWO Courtyard style developments might look like to aid housing variety.
