HomeMy WebLinkAboutRFQ-RFP Questions & AnswersThe following questions were received regarding an RFQ-RFP for services related to Community Engagement and Conceptual Design for a West Side Recreation and Aquatics Center and Library Branch, as advertised beginning June 5, 2022: 06/06/22 Q: Are there any previous studies or phases related to this RFQ to reference? A: Previous studies are available at the following location: https://weblink.bozeman.net/WebLink/Browse.aspx?id=261666&dbid=0&repo=BOZEMAN 06/14/22 Q: Will the city be issuing an addendum with all of the questions asked by prospective teams along with the city responses? A: Responses to all questions are available within a Word Document titled “RFQ-RFP Questions & Answers” located at the following location (i.e., the project folder containing the original RFQ-RFP advertisement): https://weblink.bozeman.net/WebLink/Browse.aspx?id=261666&dbid=0&repo=BOZEMAN Q: Is the 2012 Recreation and Aquatics Feasibility Study available for review? A: Yes, this study has been placed in the above folder. Q: Has a single site been selected for the project, or will Phase 1 services include assisting with site selection? A: The City is in preliminary discussions with a landholder, but unable to disclose a specific location at this time. We are anticipating a commitment to be made by the time we enter a contract with a qualified firm to perform public engagement and concept design. Phase 1 will include a high-level analysis of site constraints, as described in the RFQ-RFP, to include (but not limited to), traffic impact analysis, required street improvements, environmental concerns (i.e., high groundwater), etc. Q: Page 8 of the RFQ states “Schedules may be submitted in addition to the page limit”. Does this page limit exception include proposed project schedules? A: Yes. Q: Does the Affirmation of nondiscrimination and equal pay (Attachment A) count towards to 20 page limit? A: No
