Dear Randy,
The Department of Community Development received the Certificate Application of Appropriateness
application for Sanctuary CCOA/MOD Revision #1 (#21180) on June 30th, 2021. Planning Staff
reviewed the application in accordance with the submittal checklist, Chapter 38.300 of the Unified
Development Code (UDC), and the Bozeman Guidelines for Historic Preservation and the
Neighborhood Conservation Overlay District. Staff is pleased to inform you that your application is
deemed approved.
Recognize that COA approval is valid for one calendar year. Additionally, understand that COA
approval must be displayed in a conspicuous location on the site while the project work is underway
and after you obtain the needed building permit(s) from the Building Division.
A copy of the approval is attached to this email. If you have any questions regarding the COA
Approval please inform both your Planner and Development Review Coordinator.
