Hi Matt,
You are correct, under 150 feet DOES NOT require a turnaround for fire apparatus. Also I did not specify any fire no parking signage/zones within these areas.

Hi Scott,
I hope you’re off to a great 2022 start. Thank you for your review on the #21421 site plan app for Cottages at Blackwood Groves. We’re new to
ProjectDox but it appears that you were OK with the site plan as proposed per the comments in the Department Review Status Report section. One of
the planning comments stated that no parking was allowed in the parking spaces at the end of the drive aisles for access to the garages as these
needed to be left open for Fire and Solid Waste to turn around. These spaces are intended to provide overflow parking for the site and do not come
close to meeting the dimensional standards for a proper turn-around. The dead-end aisles are under 150 feet (the longest is 135 feet, all others are
~105 feet) so our understanding is that a turn-around for Fire is not required. Can you confirm this?
We’ve worked out a solution with Russ for Solid Waste service that does not require them to back out into the street as we hope to keep this layout
with those parking spaces as designed. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you!
