This morning (6-9-22), I found one Bird Scooter in my front yard on N. Third Ave. As the Bozeman City
Commission, you should be ashamed to have allowed this company to operate in our city. You need to
either cancel the Bird Scooter company's contract or pressure the Bird Scooter company to develop a
business model that does not litter the public streets and private residential properties of Bozeman with its
useless and ugly products. I have also written to the Bozeman Chamber of Commerce to let them know of
this ongoing Bird Scooter "littering" problem and of both your roles in allowing it to happen.
