To whom it concerns:
I have serious concerns about the proposed development for the empty lot abutting
Autumn Grove street. I have asked the City (with no follow through) for a traffic walk
around the neighborhood. Cars frequently speed along Tschache and Hunters. On
walks along those streets (near the parks that have no reduced speed signage), I have
almost seen a child hit by a car and a dog as well.
Until the city creates signage to reduce speed and conducts a walking tour. Without
that but with new proposed development, the traffic issues will be further exacerbated
and it will be no time before a child actually is hit.
