Re: Application 21479 - Autumn Grove Condominiums
To Whom it may concern:
I am writing regarding the Application 21479 for the proposed Autumn Grove
Condominiums project. As a current resident of the West Winds neighborhood, I would
like to voice my support for the Parks Department and the City of Bozeman
to use the approved cash in lieu of a park from the Owner-TruNorth Properties to install a
swing set (with an infant swing) at the already existing park located at Tschache and
Buckrate. It is my understanding that a swing set was a part of the original plan and given
the large amount of families with small children and use that park receives, I feel like it
would be a great use of the some of the cash provided by the developers.
