As currentresidents of the West Winds neighborhood, many concerns have arisen inconjunction with the viability of this area. These proceedings include but are notlimited to:• Public safety traffic incidentals.• Parking.• Accessible green spaces.• Liability of a higher renter population.Intending to increase the number of residents of this neighborhood raisesunsettlement as this leads to a higher chance of speeding traffic. While thisvariable is guaranteed, the safety of children and other residents should be anutmost priority. We are requesting a thorough traffic study to be conducted onWindward Ave, Autumn Grove St, Tschache Lane, and Spring View Ct.With roadways in consideration, automobile parking on-site plan application#21479 insinuates there will be approximately 205 designated parking spots.Current residents are wary if theseguaranteed spots are separate entities to the roadway as there is already apersistent struggle for space on the road. Lastly, will parking be enforced by theHOA or the City of Bozeman?Furthermore, as this city expands and grows, the inclusion ofsustainabledevelopment is crucial to biodiversity and recreational purposes. The ParksDepartment and the City of Bozemanapproved cash in lieu of a park from the Owner-TruNorth Properties. How willthe Own er-Tru North Properties utilize this space instead of green space? Lastly, the variance of the renter to owner occupancy is concerning to our fellowresidents. A higher renter occupancy ensures the deterioration of theneighborhood. I would like a limitation on the percentage of renters because ofconcern of the integrity of the neighborhood and would rather have more owneroccupancy than renters.Sincerely,(f^y^^ Q^i^tGeorge and JaniceArnot2915 Tschache Lane, Bozeman, Mt. 59718West Winds Concerned Neighbor
