NOTICE OF A SITE PLAN APPLICATION
This application is evaluated against the site plan criteria of section 38.230.100 of the Bozeman
Municipal Code (BMC), the provisions of the Bozeman Gateway Planned Unit Development (PUD),
and associated BMC standards. Per 38.230.100.B, BMC, approval is granted if all criteria are met.
The public may comment in writing regarding compliance of this application with the required
criteria. Comments should identify the specific criteria of concern along with facts in support of the
comment. Per 38.250.070.B, BMC, issues not raised during public comment period may not be raised
on appeal. During the notice period the City will continue review for compliance with applicable
regulations.

Project Name: Everhome Hotel Application: 21341
Summary: Site Plan application for construction of a 4-story, 60-feet tall, 113 room hotel on a 2.97-
acre Lot 1 of a 3.38-acre Phase 5 development of the Bozeman Gateway PUD Subdivision. The
development of the hotel site requires the improvement of three abutting open space lots which are
part of the Bozeman Gateway Planned Unit Development (PUD) Phase 5 Master Site Plan/PUD. In
addition to the hotel structure, this Phase 1 development of the hotel site will require the development
of associated parking, landscaping, utilities, hotel site open space, and related site improvements.
Parcel size: 3.38 acres
Legal Description: Currently: Tract 2A of the Amended Plat of West College Minor Subdivision No.
195A. The hotel site is proposed to be subdivided as Lot 1, Block 1 of Phase 5 of the Bozeman
Gateway Subdivision PUD situated in the NW ¼ of Section 14, Township 2 South, Range 5 East,
Principal Meridian Montana, City of Bozeman, Gallatin County, MT.
