H. Public Comment This is the time to comment on any matter falling within the scope of the Bozeman City Commission. There will also be time in conjunction with each agenda item for public comment relating to that item but you may only speak once. Please note, the City Commission cannot take action on any item which does not appear on the agenda. All persons addressing the City Commission shall speak in a civil and courteous manner and members of the audience shall be respectful of others. Please state your name and address in an audible tone of voice for the record and limit your comments to three minutes. I. Action Items I.1 Continuation of Public Hearings for Silo Annexation and Zone Map Amendment From May 24, 2022 to June 7, 2022 Regarding Annexation of 115 Acres and Initial Zoning of Residential Emphasis Mixed Use Located Northwest of the Intersection of Davis Lane and E. Valley Center Road, Application 21442 (Saunders) Consider the Motion: I move to continue the public hearings for application 21442, the Silo Annexation and Zone Map Amendment to June 7, 2022. I.2 Interlocal Agreement Among Gallatin County, City of Bozeman, and City of Belgrade Establishing a City-County Board of Health (Mihelich) Consider the Motion: I move to approve Interlocal Agreement Among Gallatin County, City of Bozeman, and City of Belgrade Establishing a City-County Board of Health I.3 Ordinance 2108 Provisional Adoption Amending Well Use Requirement Update the City of Bozeman (City) regulations for review of subdivisions to conform to the Montana Subdivision and Platting Act, recently updated by the State Legislature, Application 22137 (Rogers) Consider the Motion: Having reviewed and considered the staff report, draft ordinance, public comment, and all information presented, I hereby adopt the findings presented in the staff report for application 22137, and move to provisionally adopt Ordinance 2108. I.4 FY23 City Manager Recommended Budget - Introduction (Mihelich) Consider the Motion: Listen to the presentation, ask questions, and provide comments. J. FYI / Discussion K.
