Dear City of Bozeman for all Honorable City Commissioners, and appropriate City Leadership/Management & Staff: As you know Well Use Requirements were discussed last week at both the Community Development Board and City Commission meetings. In part of my verbal Public Comment 18:12-19:18 on TUE 5/17/2022 I asked a question to clarify that seems most appropriate to address. WELL REQUIREMENTs, please clarify: With Planned Unit Developments (PUDs) and also with them being included for updates with UDC changes, there can and will be small, medium, and large developments--and also "phases" for projects. It is not clear whether the exempt well requirements will apply per subdivision, or per phase. Please respond and/or discuss this. [Chris Saunders was not able to be present at the 5/17/2022 meeting.] Appreciate your consideration (and hopeful discussions of all Public Comments from last week), and specific response(s) on this point.
