Swim Center Fiasco: There are temporary pools that can be built in approximately a half a year. This is done
regularly not only for major swim meets, but also for communities that ACTUALLY PLAN AHEAD TO REPLACE
FACILITIES, which Bozeman does not.
Lacking that, the Bogert pool could be "bubbled" for the winter season.
