Dear Mayor and City Commissioners and City Staff-
I just found a mistake in my previous email. The agenda packet deadline is actually 3:00 or
3:30 pm and not noon. The rest of my letter still stands, please adjust the finalization andposting of the city commission agenda to come out a day or two before the deadline of
3:00/3:30 Thursday so the public can see what the action items are and still have time to gettheir comments into the packets.

As today's deadline for comments to the City Commission's agenda packet comes to a close,I find the timing is off and I hope that you will all agree that it needs to be adjusted.
To ensure the best chance of getting read, it seems most advantageous to have comments
included in the city commission's agenda packet. The deadline for inclusion is Thursday atnoon for the next week's meeting. Yet the agenda has not yet been posted or released in the
e-notifications. So the public doesn't know for sure what action items will be on the agenda. This does not allow for timely participation opportunities for the public.
Please adjust the release date of the city commission agenda and related e-notification one or
two days before the Thursday agenda packet deadline of noon.
