This detached iz story single-family gable-ended residence has a square plan,
The front consts of an entrance under a shed-roofed addition which gives a
salt-box-like profile to the facade; and a centrally placed, fixed, shuttered
window at the first level , echoed by a centered pair of double-hung 1/1
windows at the second level . The frame construction is finished in asbestos
shingles and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with
asphalt shingles and features a west-facing gabled dormer and an east-facing

A metal stovepipe is centrally located. The axis of the roof is perpendi-
