2. BMC TABLE 38.560.060 ALLOCATES 1.25 SF OF SIGN PER LINEAR FOOT OF BUILDING FRONTAGE FOR THE FIRST

A. THE RIDGE PUD HAS BEEN GRANTED A SIGN AREA RELAXATION TO ALLOW ALL LOTS WITHIN THE SUBDIVISION
UP TO 250 SF OF SIGNAGE EACH, CALCULATED AS 1.5 SF FOR EVERY 1 FOOT OF LINEAR BUILDING FRONTAGE.
B. LOT 7A QUALIFIES FOR AN ADDITIONAL 35% WALL SIGN AREA DUE TO THE ADDITIONAL STREET FRONTAGE.
