Thanks for the quick reply and clearing this up. I will update the cover sheet to match your DRC comments.
Regarding the IILP, I will speak with our client to get his opinion. If I update the narrative to state CILP/IILP will be
provided instead of if required, per your comment on the checklist item viewer. Can I also include our correspondence
below with the Site Plan resubmittal to close out your comments 1-3?

Hi Erik,
Apologies for the confusion.The parkland tracking table did not include the#of units in the original e-mail, so that is
why those calculations are off. My DRC comments are based off total net area and#of units, so this is the CILP/IILP
amount we should use.
For the IILP, adding more programming to the existing adjacent parkland is preferred. Installing a small skate park would
improve the parkland and offer more recreation opportunities to future tenants. A small skate park would provide more
opportunities for the area,since the nearby Dinosaur Park already provides a playground.
Let us know the team's thoughts on this.

I am touching base regarding some of your comments for Autumn Grove Condominiums Site Plan Review.
The first thing I wanted to discuss with you was the previous correspondence below regarding the parkland calculation
and attached above is a screen shot of your comment regarding parkland calculations.These state different calculations.
Previously I used what we discussed below.
The second thing I wanted to touch base on is what you wanted to discuss regarding the UP vs.CILP for Autumn Grove?
This was also a site plan comment.

It looks like the total required parkland calculation was done using Total Site Area instead of Total Net Area. You actually
owe less money/land (4.21 Ac * 9.4 Units * 0.03 = 1.19 Ac Parkland Required). Other than that,the format looks good.

As I am gathering the respective information for Autumn Grove Condominiums—Site Plan Submittal. On the concept
review memo issued on August 8th, 2021 under Parks Depart It states the following:
• A parkland calculation table is required to determine parkland, or CILP
• See Sec. 38.700.130 for calculating Net Residential Density:
• Cash-in-lieu of Parkland (CILP) appraisal value is currently $2.07 PSF (effective June
22, 2021).
• Provide written justification for CILP request, per Resolution 4784

• All CILP requests are reviewed by the Rec and Park Advisory Board or its
Subdivision Review Committee upon formal Site Plan submittal. Final CILP
approval is granted by Parks and Rec Director.
• See sections 38.700.130 and our general 38.420.010 for more information
Attached above is our parkland table that will be included on the sheet C0.0—Cover. Is this sufficient for the above
bullet points?This is typically what we include with our site plans. Let me know whenever you get a chance.
