Natural Gas c. Telephone, cable, optic fiber and similar utilities d. water mains and services, including fire services e. Sanitary Sewer f. Storm sewer Response: Natural gas and power are shown on sheet 003 C1.0 Site Plan. The underground is shown by the power line labeled “UP”. The gas meters and electrical meters are shown on 003.1 C1.0 Site Plan and 016 A01.4-Bldg 1 (Each Architectural main floor plan sheet shows these utilities). 2. Existing utilities and connections to be abandoned and/or removed (water and sewer). Response: An existing 6" PVC sewer service utility is to be abandoned in place per City of Bozeman Standards. This PVC sewer service is located on the West end of Autumn Grove Street and is shown on sheet 003.1 C1.0 Site Plan. 3. Fire hydrant locations. Response: The fire hydrant is shown on sheet 003 C1.0 Site Plan. 4. Size, location and material type of existing and proposed sewer, water and storm drain pipe. Response: Size, location and material type of existing and proposed sewer, water and storm drain design are shown on 003 C1.0 Site Plan 5. Proposed water meter location and size. Response: According to the Architect, each 3-plex building will have 1” water services and each 4-plex building will have 1.5” water services. Per correspondence with the Architect, he has stated that the risers for the water services will be located in the crawl space under the mechanical room. Mechanical room will have access to the crawl space. Service size after the water meter is to be determined. 6. Above ground utilities including poles, cabinets, boxes, manholes, pull-boxes, etc. Response: Sheet 003 C1.0 Site plan shows the location of the AC units, gas meters, transformers and manholes. Architectural sheet 016 A01.4-Bldg 1 shows the location of the AC units, gas meters and electrical meters. (Each Architectural main floor plan sheet shows these utilities). No light poles are proposed. 2 | P a g e 7. Show and label required grease and/or sand/oil interceptors. Response: No grease and sand/oil interceptors are proposed. 8. Show and label the location(s) of proposed gas and electric meters per standards. Response. Sheet 003.1 C1.0 Site Plan now has a callout for electrical and gas meter locations. Sheet 016 A01.4 Bldg 1 shows the location of the proposed gas and electrical meters. This is shown and called out on each Architectural building main floor plan. 9. Dimension mechanical rooms to verify water service lay lengths meet minimum requirements Response: Sheet 016 A01.4-Bldg 1 calls out the mechanical room sizes on the West end. (Each Architectural main floor plan sheet shows dimensions of the mechanical room on the West end)
