Hi Erik. Based on the site plan and trip generation numbers we waive the requirement for a TIS for this site plan. I have
copied Alicia, the review engineer for this project, on this email. For future requests, please route through the review

Attached above is a preliminary layout of the future Autumn Grove Condominiums. Based off the Institute of
Transportation Engineers Trip Generation Manual, 10th Ed and using the total number of units,47, and using line item
221 Multifamily housing (mid-rise), a dwelling units of 0.44 can be used.
47 units x 0.44 (General Urban/Suburban) =20.68 trips at peak hour.
Autumn Grove Condominiums is located North of Winter Park, East of Davis Lane and South of Autumn Grove Street. Let
me know if this is sufficient to waive a TIS or if one will be required for site plan submittal.
