HomeMy WebLinkAboutRC NARRATIVE November 5, 2021 City of Bozeman Planning Department Bozeman, MT 59715 Re: #21354 Flooring Place Warehouse Please find this narrative in support of the RC submitted with the revisions for the above mentioned project. This submittal includes a response to the City Planning and Engineering Division comments as well as a new revision. The comments are addressed and summarized in the included comment response documents. The new revision is based on the required East side setback distance of 10’, I have increased the size of the warehouse portion of the building by 4’ in width. I also have moved the building 1’ towards the East. This leaves a 15’ setback from the building to the East property line. This setback exceeds the 10’ required setback. The square foot numbers outlined on the Cover Sheet and the A2.1 / A2.2 sheets have been updated to reflect the additional square footage.
