19230 Preliminary Approval
Dear Applicant,
The City Commission approved the Master Site Plan and Conditional Use Permit for the above-
referenced project on Tuesday, May 18, 2021. Before it can gain final approval, there are a
number of conditions of approval and code provisions that must be addressed.
Once the MSP gains final approval, the Site Plan Phase 1 staff report will be forwarded to the
Director of Community Development for final determination.
