FLASHERS WITH CAUTION TAPE ARE TO BE INSTALLEDWHERE ANY CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY CROSSES A SIDEWALK OR PEDESTRIAN PATH IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESPECIFICATIONS AND ANY OR ALL LOCAL REGULATIONS.14.NO STOPPING, PARKING, OR STORING OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS IN THE PUBLIC STREETS OR ANY DRIVEWAY ISALLOWED UNLESS PREVIOUSLY APPROVED THROUGH THE CITY OF BOZEMAN.15.THE CONTRACTOR SHALL RESTORE ALL ROADWAY, DRIVEWAY, SIDEWALK, ETC. SURFACES TO EQUAL OR BETTERCONDITION THAN EXISTED PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION WORK AS DETERMINED BY AGENCY, OWNER, AND/OR ENGINEER.16.ASPHALT, CONCRETE CURB, AND SIDEWALK SHALL BE SAW CUT OR NEAT CUT AS APPROVED BY THE ENGINEER.17.NO FORMED CONCRETE SHALL BE PLACED WITHOUT A FINAL FORM INSPECTION BY THE OWNER AND/OR HISAUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE.18.THE CONTRACTOR SHALL UTILIZE COMPACTION EQUIPMENT SUITABLE FOR THE SOIL TYPES AND SURFACE MATERIALSENCOUNTERED ON THE PROJECT.19.CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR VERIFYING THAT, IF REQUIRED, THERE IS A STORM WATER POLLUTIONPREVENTION PLAN (SWPPP) AND NOTICE OF INTENT (NOI) APPROVED BY THE MONTANA DEPARTMENT OFENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY (MDEQ) OR LOCAL GOVERNING AGENCY AS APPROPRIATE.
