Hello, I would like to log a formal protest to the application for a ThriftWay Gas station atBaxter and Davis in Bozeman. My yard is kiddy corner to this property. Davis and Baxter are already the main thoroughfare to 2 giant Town Pumps that were justbuilt recently. All of the fences for the houses in both Crossing 2 and West Wind were forced to be low andsee through. A gas station with undoubtedly excessive lighting would not be the type of B-2business that should be built in a residential neighborhood. An elementary school is slated to be practically built next to a gas station soon? This seemslike poor planning for pedestrians and safety with increased car traffic.I formally protest this development. Robert Monaco 817 - 832 - 7333
