Hello,
I am writing to urge your review and dismissal of the proposed Gas station on baxter & Davis. While we were aware that this could be commercial property, the prospect of having a lit up gas station 24/7 a mere200 feet from our homes is incredulous. Especially after dealing with months of over bright lights shining into our windows. There is residential home on all sides and this doesn't fit into the fabric of this area justa stones throw from 19th, as well s two other gas facilities less than .5 miles away. The need is not justifiable. When we built our homes we were given codes to keep the back of hour homes open, with fencesthat are transparent to create a neighborly environment. Yet this plan completely undermines that offering and creates a less suburban feel. Please consider our lives, home and neighborhood and keep this fromhappening.
PS: This attached overhead map does not reflect the amount of single family homes that are currently in this area. It has completely filled in.
