Dear City of Bozeman via agenda.net for City Commissioners, City Manager, & appropriate City Staff:
First, I wish to again express appreciate for the effort, time, and consideration that is being done for
Traininng at the Community Development Board by Chris Saunders. It is very informative and I feel it will
be useful as topics come and are reviewed under any one of the "4 hats" they must wear--Planning
Board, Zoning, Development Review, and Impact Fees (which the latter was on the Agenda last night
4/18/2022.)
Second, thank you for the "new" website design that comes up at http://www.bozeman.net. I do like it and
am learning to navigate it.
What I cannot find on the "new" website for the City of Bozeman, and was not covered under the
Upcoming Code Amendments (UDC Changes) topic last night at the Community Development Board is a
topic related to Building Heights.
Specifically, within the draft minutes at the 1/13/2022 meeting of the Inter-Neighborhood Council (INC),
there was a note about B-3 Heights and also on the Engage Bozeman Platform. I recall seeing that
heading too under ENGAGE BOZEMAN or under the UDC
I am NOT able to find that under "Engage" nor the "UDC Community Platform".
1) Can you please tell me where the Building Heights topic might be located? I hope it is still an active
topic.
2) I am interested in learning more on this topic too along with any concerns and changes proposed, as I
feel these are important per a multitude of Public Comments over the past 6months.
Thank you for allowing Public Comment to be in-person and also virtually. I hope that you can speak to or
let me know regarding anything regarding Building Heights.
