ATT00001.txt v ATT00002.htm v 803 bytes 1 KB Martina, Regarding noticing, I was given guidance based on BMC 38.220.420, section D.1 which states "the applicant must provide a list of names and addresses of all property owners, including names and addresses of owners of individual condominiums, wholly or partially within 200 feet of the site." This allows that only the condominiums within the 200-foot requirement will need to be noticed. Staff was directed to prepare a director interpretation that will go through the regular process, but for this submittal you are good to only include the effected parties.
