1. THIS PROJECT HAS A TOTAL BUILDING FRONTAGE OF 135 LINEAR FEET ALONG RAVALLI ST
2. BMC TABLE 38.560.060 ALLOCATES 1.25 OF SIGN PER LINEAR FOOT OF BUILDING FRONTAGE FOR THE FIRST 25', .5 OVER 25'
A. THE RIDGE PUD HAS BEEN GRANTED A SIGN AREA RELAXATION TO ALLOW ALL LOTS WITHIN THE SUBDIVISON UP TO 250 SF
OF SIGNAGE EACH, CALCULATED AS 1.5 SF FOR EVERY 1 FOOT OF LINEAR BUILDING FRONTAGE.
B. LOT 6 QUALIFIES FOR AN ADDITIONAL 35% WALL SIGN AREA DUE TO THE ADDITIONAL STREET FRONTAGE.
