FLOOR PLAN GENERAL NOTES
1. CONTRACTOR TO VERIFY ALL DIMENSIONS AND CONDITIONS IN THE FIELD PRIOR TO
CONSTRUCTION AND ORDERING MATERIALS.

8. PROVIDE ADEQUATE BLOCKING FOR ALL CASEWORK, GRAB BARS, HANDRAILS, TOILET
ACCESSORIES AND OTHER WALL MOUNTED ITEMS, TYP.
9. PATCH CONCRETE SLAB AT ALL LOCATIONS WHERE MMISC. UTILITY, PLUMBING AND
STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS ARE INSTALLED. MATCH EXISTING SLAB HEIGHTS AND FINISHES.
10. SEE REFLECTED CEILING PLANS, INTERIOR ELEVATIONS AND INTERIOR FINISH PLAN FOR
FULL SCOPE OF WALL FINISHES.
