G. Public Comment This is the time to comment on any matter falling within the scope of the Bozeman City Commission. There will also be time in conjunction with each agenda item for public comment relating to that item but you may only speak once. Please note, the City Commission cannot take action on any item which does not appear on the agenda. All persons addressing the City Commission shall speak in a civil and courteous manner and members of the audience shall be respectful of others. Please state your name and address in an audible tone of voice for the record and limit your comments to three minutes. H. Action Items H.1 Resolution 5375 Abandoning and Vacating the Portion of Redwing Drive Located Entirely Within the Railroad Right of Way (Lonsdale) Consider the motion: After incorporating the information in the staff report, oral findings made by the Commission during the public hearing, information contained in the proposed resolution, and after considering all protests and public comment, I hereby move to adopt Resolution 5375, Vacating and Abandoning the portion of Redwing Drive, subject to satisfaction of all terms including those listed in section 3 of the Resolution. I.Work Session I.1 U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) update on a Prospective Purchaser Agreement with Scout DAC, LLC for Idaho Pole Company property located south of I-90 (Fine) J.FYI / Discussion K.
