Addendum 2, Item 2 Within the Project Description in the Invitation for Bids (page 1 of 4), strike the 2nd sentence which states: The Test Well will be drilled first followed by the Monitoring Well at locations on the site specified by the engineer. Addendum 2, Item 3 Within the Bid Form, the Monitoring Well Bid Items #10, #11, and #13 have been updated. The following bid table for the Monitoring Well is provided, and includes the revised bid items (10, 11, and 13) as well as the items that remain unchanged (12, 14, and 15). Work, replace 325 feet as the depth to drill the monitoring well, with 500 feet. Addendum 2, Item 5 Within Section 007000 – Special Provisions, 1. Scope of Work, 3rd sentence, replace 325 feet as the approximate depth of the monitoring well, with 500 feet. Addendum 2, Item 6 Within Section 332124 Water Wells of the Supplemental Construction Specifications, Part 1 – General, 1.01 Description, strike the 3rd sentence which states: The Test Well will be drilled first followed by the Monitoring Well at locations on the site specified by the Engineer. Project Conditions, change approximate depth of monitoring well from 325 feet to 500 feet Addendum 2, Item 7 Within Section 332124 Water Wells of the Supplemental Construction Specifications, Part 2 – Materials, 2.03.F Well Screens: Change dimension of well screen from 20 feet to 40 feet. Addendum 2, Item 8 Within Section 332124 Water Wells of the Supplemental Construction Specifications, Part 3 – Execution, 3.06.B Well Drilling: Change drilled and installed depth of monitoring well screen from 325 feet bgs to 500 feet bgs.
