ADDENDUM 1
Within Section 00810 of the Contract Documents, Supplementary Conditions to the
General Conditions, amend SC - 2.03 Notice to Proceed as follows:
Delete the entire Paragraph 2.03 A. of the General Conditions and insert the following
in its place:
Following the execution of the Agreement by the Owner and the Contractor, written
Notice to Proceed with the Work shall be given by the Owner to the Contractor. The
contract time will commence once the Contractor has procured project materials.
Contract Time will commence no later than 120 days after the Agreement has been
signed.
