Good morning,
City Manager Mihelich forwarded your request for information. Given that the
information is maintained by multiple departments it is best for our tracking and
processing purposes that such a request comes via our online Records Request form.
This form contains information on the specifics of our process, potential fees for
production of that information, and the statutory limitations on the allowable uses of
the information provided.
Once the form is received by the Clerks’ Office, we will manage the request and route it
to the appropriate staff. Staff will compile the information and note the time and costs
associated with the request. Once all information is received, the Clerks’ Office will
reach out with the required fee amount and steps for payment to receive the
information.
Please let me know if you have any questions or would like further clarification on the
process.
Thank you,
Mike
