Cody, the review engineer, will review those comments and either resolve or clarify if anything is needed (for example, SID on Manley Road all the way to the river might be needed because the current SID just extended to City boundary). If we do need a waiver, FWP would sign it as landowner. Addi Jadin | Parks Planning and Development Manager City of Bozeman | Parks and Recreation Department P.O. I'm sure the missing waivers wouldn't prevent us from moving toward public notice for example. Do you think this would be an acceptable response to the comment about the Waivers of Right to Protest an SID for now? Response: We are currently working with the Parks Department to determine whether the City of Bozeman or Montana Fish Wildlifeand Parks would be responsible for paying into an SID for this parcel. The waivers will be provided with the next resubmittal. I also wanted to let you know that I’ll be leaving town tomorrow and returning on Tuesday next week. If you agreeto the response above, I think we can resubmit to the Planning Department today. If you want to revieweverything first, we can send it to you today and then submit to the Planning Department next week when Ireturn. Which would you prefer? We had in our notes from our last meeting that you were going to check with Kristin Donald to see if this is really required since the City is the applicant in this case. Does the City really need to waive the right to protest their own SID? I also got to wondering if FWP would need to sign the waivers as the underlying property owner or if an SID would be the City’s responsibility to pay into as the lessee. Here’s a screen shot of the comment in case that’s helpful. Please let me know what you think. Thanks!
