These comments are provided in reference to the October 6, 2021 submittal.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1. The subject Subdivision Exemption approval is conditional based upon the removal of
references to remove existing storm water and utility easements and establish a new
storm water easements. These easements will be processed with site plan and
infrastructure review to cooperate with concurrent construction processes. The applicant
must remove these references and resubmit the amended plat to the review engineer for
final execution and filing with the County clerk.
