Subject: Vance Thompson Vision - Concurrent Construction Request
Scott –
Per our site plan application comments for the Vance Thompson Vision development, we were requested to
get your written approval in regards to our concurrent construction plan. As a part of this project, we need to
reroute the subdivision stormwater infrastructure through the site to make room for the building. I’ve attached
our concurrent construction letter which includes an exhibit of the existing hydrants and the proposed
stormwater routing for your review. Let me know if you need any additional information, thanks!
