It seems like the TIF money going to the Wildlands development is a
case of choosing winners in development proposals. If the developerscannot make it pay at this time, then it is time for them to reconfigurethe development or wait until it pencils out. Save the money for moreworthwhile projects that are needed in town, like affordable housing.
