The recent grant of $500,000 + of TIF for the Wildlands Project on N/ Wallace and E. Peach
needs to be rescinded. The approval was based on affordable housing in rhe project. Now wehear that affordable housing will be transferred to the Bronken Site. Go online and look at the
pricing for the units and you too will wonder why any incentive would have been needed forthis project.
