ofMontana hereinafter("GRANTOR")anddoesherebyreleaseandreconveythefollowingdescribedeasements
untoÇarl&Sue Olsen,asfollows:
WITNESSETH
WHEREAS theGrantoristhelegalrecordtitleholderofa stormdrainageeasementssituatedacross
Lot14 ofBridgerCreekSubdivisionPhase3;CityofBozeman,GallatinCounty,Montana.
WHEREAS theabovestormdrainageeasementswere grantedby thefollowinginstruments:

2000intheClerkandRecorder'sOßiceofGallatinCounty,Montana.
WHEREAS no publicutilitiesarelocatedwithintheeasementstobe releasedand thevacationofthe
saideasementswillnotadverselyimpacttheGrantor'sorthePublicutilitycompaniesinterests.
WHEREFORE,theGrantordoesherebyreleaseandreconveytoCarl&Sue Olsenthatportionofthe
stormdrainageeasementslocatedon theabovedescribedrealpropertyassetforthon theExhibitattachedhereto
togetherwithanyright,title,orinterestthattheGrantormay haveinsaidutilityeasementsassetforthon the
