Please do not approve the subdivision called Ridge Train Subdivision between Painted Hills and Sourdough
neighborhoods as it is currently proposed. There are numerous concerns to surrounding neighbors
including severely increased traffic on roads that are not designed for high use, water issues in the
proposed community wells that could cause well problems for all the neighbors around this subdivision
especially given the large pond going in above this in Elk Run. Also concerns about septic and sewer
drainage for that many houses in that plot. Further what subdivision association would this new subdivision
belong to since it can only be accessed via the sourdough subdivision or Painted Hills Subdivision which
both have to pay for own plowing and road maintenance. Also what about open space and walking trails in
