This letter is respectfully submitted to formally request the use of (net) floor area per BMC 38.540.010.A.1.a to
determine required parking calculations for the Site Plan Application for the Bridger Skyline Project located at
2214,2218, and 2220 Iron Horse Road.
The application drawings and documents illustrate how the proposed net areas were determined as well as the
resulting calculations.
