Hello Cody,
Here is a preliminary CILWR fee determination for the project. Please let me know when the site plan had been deemed
adequate and I’ll work to finalize the determination.
The landscape architect will need to provide th e irrigation demand and source. I encourage your team to explore the use
of an exempt well to supply the irrigation demand and reduce your CILWR fee as well as support the City’s water
conservation goals. In order to go this route you’ll need to provide a pre-determination from the DNRC confirming a
exempt well is allowed.

Good Morning Griffin,
I am working on a site plan application for the 9TEN project at N 8th Ave. (CONR App. 19189). Pursuant to BMC
38.410.130.D, would you be able to provide a municipal water demand estimate for CILWR purposes based on the
following proposed project information:
- The site is currently vacant with no existing demand
- 99 Residential Units
- 2,244 SF Commercial Office Space
-12,893 SF Irrigated Landscaping
Let me know if you need any additional information. We are planning to submit for site plan next week.
