Submittal Revisions:
Overall unit count was updated from 99 units to 100 units, and unit mix has been updated as detailed in revised narrative. Entry
plazas at the North and South Buildings have been updated, and planters have been added adjacent to the parking area to provide
screening for the open space. Ramp location at the south plaza has been updated. Amenity room was relocated in the North Building
to the ground floor and an additional shared amenity space was added to the South Building ground floor. Commercial space door
configuration has been updated, door is recessed, and door swing has been updated to an inswing door. Gas meter locations have
been updated and are adjacent to electrical meters. All related changes are clouded and tagged on their respective sheets.
