A DRC Coordinator will be in contact with you within 5 business days in regards to the review schedule and assigned Planner.
The associated submittal fee for this MOD has been previously paid in the amount of $311.00

I’m attaching the updated Project Narrative. The Project Narrative remained the same, so I left that as-is, but then attached an additional three pages on the back end that describe
the changes and the reasons for the changes, and then a side-by-side comparison of the original NCOA 20-370 approved plans/elevations and the proposed modifications. Hopefully that
lays it out fairly clearly where the changes are proposed.
Let me know if you need anything additionally, or have any questions.

Please request the cloud intake link for your proposed project to be reopened by the Planning Technicians, and uploadthe following outstanding documents (OR email these items directly
to me):
* Project narrative providing a thorough description of what is being proposed including a list of all alterations/changes proposed to the plan.
* Project file number associated with plan to be modified (20-370 Tracy ADU NCOA) which can be included in the narrative
* Include the Modification checklist within the folder (not required if you email me directly).
