The Department of Community Development received the Modification application for 423 N. Tracy Avenue MOD (#21328) on August 25, 2021. Planning Staff reviewed the application in accordance
with the submittal checklist, Chapter 38.220 of the Unified Development Code (UDC) and the application meets submittal requirements. Therefore, the application is deemed approved.
