FAU NOTES:
1. Heating and cooling equipment is sized per ACCA Manual S based on loads
calculated per ACCA Manual J or other methods approved by the code official.
2. At least one thermostat shall be required for each heating/cooling system on a
daily schedule to maintain different temperature set points at different times of theday.
3. Ducts located outside the thermal envelope shall be insulated to a min. R-6.
4. Ducts, air handlers, and filters shall be sealed per R403.2.2 IECC 2012.
Manufacturer manuals for mechanical and water heating systems have been
provided
