Brian,
I understand you are taking the final look for the Planning Department on the Penrose Apartments at 300 Enterprise Boulevard today.
In doing so, please note that there are two items that we are waiting on, in order to complete the dumpster enclosure at this site:
1. The steel gate material arrived this morning and will be fabricated and installed next Wednesday, October 6th
2. The steel roofing for the dumpster enclosure will be on site on the 14th of October and installed that week
From a Planning perspective, everything is completed.
We are hoping your department can sign off today so the owners can have a few of their tenants move in this afternoon.
Let me know if you need anything else form Langlas is order to facilitate this.
