Dear Ms. Smith:
Your request for a Special Temporary Use Permit to set up a 20’ x 40’ white canopy tent on the subject property located at 310 North 7th Avenue for your wedding with associated parking
has been approved in accordance with the plans and specifications submitted as part of the application, with the following conditions:
This approval is only valid from September 10, 2021 to September 12, 2021.
Building permits associated with this special temporary use on the subject property may be applicable and must be applied for and approved prior to the establishment of the temporary
use.
Please contact the Building Department (406-582-2375) for the application and approval of permits such as structural, electrical, etc.
Any temporary signage must be permitted prior to placement on the premises, as required by BMC, with submittal to and approval by the City of Bozeman Community Development Department
(406-582-2260).
The service of alcoholic beverages on the subject property must comply with the BMC and Montana Alcoholic Beverage Code.
