Dear Commissioners and Mr. Mihelich –
I wanted to pass along my compliments to you regarding two outstanding city staff, Kevin Handelin
and Forrest Craig, from the Solid Waste Department. Our organization, Community Health Partners
(CHP), just completed an extensive move into a new headquarters building in Bozeman, moving
clinic operations from our legacy location close to City Hall on East Mendenhall Street. I had
contacted Kevin about our solid waste needs several months before our move and he referred me
on to Forrest Craig. Together they met me at our new building to discuss options and then
encouraged me to call with anything we needed. During the move, we have needed multiple waste
and cardboard dumpsters in both locations and Forrest has facilitated the placement, emptying, and
relocation at a moment’s notice. He truly has exhibited outstanding customer service which is why
CHP always has chosen to keep our public services with the city. Please pass along my thanks and I
hope this expression of thanks can be placed in their personnel files as well.
The City is lucky to have such dedicated staff!
