Matt,
Based on the proposed development at 806 Alderson a TIS. Please provide this email as the official TIS wavier with the
site plan submittal. For future reference, please provide the trips generated per the most current ITE manual.
Given the scale and size of this development, it will not generate enough traffic volume to require a formal TIS.

Can you please forward this request to the engineer that is handling traffic study waivers? Thanks!
Attached is a draft of a site plan that we are preparing for submittal. We would like to request a waiver from
the requirement of a traffic study for the site. The project is located at 806 W. Alderson Street and includes
replacing the existing single family home with a 5 plex to contain 4-2 bedroom units and 1-1 bedroom unit. If
you could respond with an email stating that we do not need to prepare a tra ffic study for our site plan submittal
that would be much appreciated.
