I wish I had included in my comments that the public participation opportunities for the
Growth Policy happened the same summer that the Downtown Plan was open for publiccomment as well as the NCOD. I tried to participate in all of these as much as I could but it
was not possible and unfortunate that they were scheduled at the same time. Publicparticipation took a huge hit.
